All booked devices come with a warranty which covers hardware and software issues while you have it. This doesn't cover loss, theft or accidental damage. So if you lose or damage a device let us know ASAP.
How long can I book for?
Any time from one day to 12 weeks. This is ideal to try out a device or two, or for something like a GoPro or camera for an event or holiday.
When does the timeframe start?
This is from the date you actually receive the device.
What happens at the end of the booking?
Just pop the device back in the Pouch it came in. Everything you need will be inside including the paid for delivery label. Then just take it to the Post Office. The device needs to be back to us within five days of your chosen time ending.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope, you pay upfront and return the device at the end of your chosen timeframe.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, for an additional fee but only up to 12 weeks total.
